Western dance styles take many forms many of which we support at Nora Dance Group. From classical ballet to Contemporary, Modern Jazz and Ballet Dance Class, contemporary dance which is often called lyrical dance also, is not so much a specific dance technique as it is a compilation of different techniques based on existing modern dance styles.
