Steps and Abs Stretch

This routine combines step-aerobics and abs stretching. Step aerobics is one of the best forms of exercise you can do for a full body workout, to raise your heart rate and burn those calories. Abdominal stretching strengthens the abdominal and helps you chuck out that adamant fat.

 

Abd-leg-str

A 40 minutes class designed to work the core by strengthening and toning the abdominals, legs and the back. This cocktail of standing and floor based exercises make the session more enjoyable and effective.

 

Body Move

Be calm in a storm- a workout combining yoga, tai chi and Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength. Judo

Yoga Class
